You gotta stick with it, not just with him but with your love for him and everything he has to offer. That stuff never goes away and love will fuck with your head everyday unless you at least make an attempt to stay with him at all costs, even if it’s just friendly. Don’t give up on him, even when he gives up on you; you’ll never forgive yourself, and when you’re married to the wrong guy with the wrong kids in the wrong house, you’ll realize that you gave up what should have been your perfect life.
Stay true to yourself and to your love. That’s all that matters.
